The methodology
Four tests on every batch. Before it ever ships.
Kjeldahl method (AOAC 991.20)
Protein quantification
Total nitrogen content converted to protein equivalent. The same standard used by FSSAI and the FDA. We round down on the label, never up.
ICP-MS / ICP-OES
Heavy metals
Lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic. Tested on every protein batch and every multivitamin batch. Limits below FSSAI standards by an order of magnitude.
IS 5887 / IS 5402 standards
Microbial safety
Total plate count, yeast, mold, salmonella, E. coli. Every batch must pass before leaving the warehouse — no exceptions, no expedited shipping of untested stock.
HPLC, FT-IR
Identity & purity
For ingredients like creatine and HMB, identity verification confirms that the molecule we ordered is the molecule that arrived. Purity verifies it's not cut with anything cheap.
